Grabbing cut wrench flats with sub spindle

I have a part where I'm cutting in a hex for wrench flats with live tooling. I want to grab the wrench flats in the sub spindle with flat faced jaws and cut the other side. I made it so I should have been able to sync things up with flats ar 33.33 degrees but when I hand off while using g199r33.333 it is always slightly off and puts awful marks into the part. I can't figure out how to get it lined up correctly. The wrench flats were cut using y axis not c axis movement.

Why is the angle 33.33 and not 30 or 60? What am I missing here?

I'm dumb just stopping the synch and clamping with everything turning free fixed the issue

Beacuse that's what the part was drawn like. The angle really doesn't matter i guess
