HAAS UMC750SS ,UMC1000SS Question

HELLO

I bought the UMC750SS and UMC1000SS a few months ago.

I started having problems with the dimensions.

Dimensions started to differ by more than 0.1.

In Korea A/S, it is said to be the correct setting, but the cause cannot be found.

The period was over a month and a half.

I want you guys to see it and judge if it's right.

UMC750SS , UMC1000SS Year of production is 2021/03

The HAAS website says this

Applies to machines built from April 2015
UMC-750/P B axis pressure should read 800-1000 psi.
UMC-750SS B and C axes pressure should read 350-400 psi.
UMC-750 Rotary Brake - T-0062C Bleed Instructions - AD0309

I want you guys to see it and judge if it's right.

I'm sorry you are having these problems. But it does seem typical for Haas machines from recent posts. Sorry you bought two of them at once. I have a feeling after you got one, you would have chosen something else for the second.
