High Current / High Load error on Haas Brushed HRT-160

Hey,

Thanks for everyones help in selecting a rotary table. I ended up finding a good deal (or perhaps not) on a brushed HRT-160. Supposedly it was never used and practically brand new.

Aside from being dirty it's in very good shape. It came with the servo controller. The battery was dead on the servo controller, so I soldered in a new one and the control appears to be working. If there was any stored memory I'm sure it's long gone.

After replacing the battery the motor would just seem to jitter and vibrate without going anywhere before giving either an "Hi Curr" or "Hi Load" error. Removing the motor and spinning the pulley the rotary spins freely by hand, and the brake disengages.

I cleaned the brushes on the motor and now it just rotates back and forth about 10 degrees before giving "Hi Curr".

My question: Are there parameters that perhaps got lost that I need to re-enter?

Update:

I contacted my Haas Factory Outlet and they provided the following parameters:

This is for a 17 pin Brush HRT160 with the Red case.

HAAS Factory-Set Values as of 04/13/2020 11:06:16

Still not working properly. Here is a video of what is happening:

The manual leads me here:

So if I set my "Parameter 22: Maximum Allowed Servo Loop Error" to 0 this happens:
