hitachi seiki 1450 alarm

When I start this hitachi seiki hicell 23b (seicos 3 control) A new alarm has just started happening 1450 ( No option) just before the machine would start up and run but the screen would flash on and off quickly a PC alarm I had to go into Alarm history to see what it was. Now it comes on and stays on when the machine is started and won't reset. Any thoughts thanks.

Up date, found the problem in the ladder program there are a number of addresses for additional functions one of these had become active in the ladder program without the physical device being installed, There fore causing the 1450 no option alarm in my case "auto door close" option, This info may or may not help someone in the future.
