Identification of a Deckel clone

Hi, finally registered to post here, long time lurker.
I'd like to ask for help in identifying what looks like a Deckel clone. There is only one picture unfortunately.
There are couple of details visible that caught mu attention since they look pretty unique - what looks like a square ways on the horizontal spindle axis, big black plastic handles, black speed selection dial.
I already looked almost whole mill section of the lathes co uk through, no luck.

Hope there is someone out there who had seen a similar one.

Looks like a stanko or russian/USSR tool room mill. Igorkawa on YouTube have a mill like that.

But allot of manufactures makes/maked what people call 'deckel style' - which is a tool room mill
