Interesting CNC mill, was it built on a Deckel?

I came across this machine browsing the Last chance section on HGR's site. It is an Italian built machine marketed for machining carbon for edms (I think).

The F2V is shown at the bottom of the page here http://isper.it/macchine/prodotti/fresatrici/?lang=en

The product brochure is in Italian but best I can tell, this machine has either a 5k or 8k spindle. The micrometer depth stop looking thing on the spindle is quite interesting as well. Does it appear to be a Deckel/Maho under the hood? Or at least a mill worth owning?

Looks like a pretty standard turret mill/bridgeport knockoff to me. Minus the ram/tilt/nodding head, and all the versatility that come with those features. Note the long table, cross feed (Y) on the knee, and lack of a horizontal spindle. Definitely not a Deckel (or similar pattern) base machine.

Sometimes there are good deals buried in the HGR last chances, but this doesn't look like one of them.

Cool to see such an unusual turret mill though; thanks for posting it.
