Is the forum doing weird shit with posting in the wrong place?

Good morning All:
Yesterday I noticed posts appearing in places where they were clearly not intended by the poster to go.
You'd be reading a thread and all of a sudden there's be a post that made no sense at all in the context of the current topic.
I saw one by michiganbuck and another by Donkey Hotey that addressed a totally different concern...they're gone now.

So has the PM forum suffered a glitch of some sort?

I've noticed that sometimes people post a response in the wrong thread and then delete it. Probably what happened. Human error rather than anything else is my guess. Especially easy to do when using a phone for browsing.

Yep. Had three browser windows open. Got distracted. I think it was deleted three times before it was put in the right place. You knew that but, didn't want to blow my cover. Thanks. I hoped nobody would notice.

I would try using a .093" drill bit then use epoxy to fill the underside. Then, once it dried, I'd grind it smooth.

Seems a bit excessive just to make a punch card, I usually just use a rotary broach.
