I want to replace the oil gage washers on the 2HL. They're old and one of them is starting to fall apart. The oil level gage seeps a bit as well, so I know I need to replace them.

Curious if there's a ready-to-go option someone has found or am I going to have to just make them myself. If DIY, recommendation on material?

For reference, the one I have in front of me at the moment, if I round to nominal sizes is 1.75" OD, 1.1875" ID (probably a little less) and .170 thick (although this might be compressed).

These bolted on the 36" Ohio shaper in the poorest sort of way, so I made what I wanted to replace them. "glass" is polycarbonate (Lexan) in the window section of Home Depot. Substantial rings are 410 stainless - with three more bolts and proper O-ring seal.
