So, I am starting to notice some wear on the linear slides of our CR Onsrud router. These are size 25 Atlanta rack with ball runner blocks (see here: BALL RUNNER BLOCK CARBON STEEL | R162221420 | Rexroth ).
My question is, does this wear look at all normal? It doesn't seem that these runner blocks have any sort of wiper seal (they do have a grease seal and we keep them greased per the user manual). I'm concerned that MDF sawdust has found its way into these bearings and damaged them. Anybody more familiar with these linear bearings than I am? Perhaps a bearing is damaged and that's what's causing this wear?
Our machine also seems to be slightly out on perpendicularity now too.
