Are you sure you need +/- 0.002" on all dimensions? Wider tolerance generally leads to cheaper manufacturing. There is a lot more room to work with +/- 0.005".

material is cheap for that around here in canada probably $500-800 id guess in material, just shipping is the killer to st louis in the usa.
