Milltronics ml 1540 with Pragati turret?

I had the turret act up yesterday, the x and z axis stopped during the machining of a part, spindle still running had to E stop the machine then home the machine. Then I tried to machine another part and got a turret timed out waiting for on pocket message?
Shut the machine down, then restarted it and the turret acts normal. Not sure if this is a proximity switch or encoder acting up in the turret? Anybody have similar experience?
