No panel lights

I have a Mori Seiki RL250 TWIN Lathe. It was crashed ladt night and this morning were not getting any response from the operators panel. We can turn the machine on, the NC loads up to a Panel Alarm EX0099(G1147). None of the option panels are lit up or responsive. Any ideas?. It is a MSX-803III Controller. And it seems the 24v power is good everywhere it should be.
