I have the following error when changing tools.
Now the turret is stuck in the tool change position and can't move it. What do I do??

I have the same alarm on my machine. also have a Multus U4000 with the same alarm as you had. What was the solution for you?

but mine did not stop in tool change but in the machine without it being engaged in the part it just stop

on the servo unit the alarm number is A.4 38

I assume you fixed it by now, but on ours we would turn the machine off for 5 or so minutes, then turn it on and quickly try to step forward or backward through the ATC sequence. We were told the motor overheats as it has not made it into position but is trying to, so if you let it cool, and try to move it before it has time to overheat again you can get out of it. You have to be fast when you turn it back on. If there is a better override I’d love to know but that is how we have done it.
