It's a Model MCR-B III 2016 with Okuma Controls, When attempting to retrieve the 90 degree head we get the following error, “2715 Alarm B wrong t command 23 t command for aac was executed without locating the aac in the aac start position.”
I'd definitely call your distributor or Okuma themselves. However, it sounds like the control is not seeing confirmation of the B axis being in the correct position to retrieve the 90 degree head from the magazine. Does the machine do this as part of the ATC cycle or must the programmer/operator have to position it with a G0 or G30 command?
