OT- Applying Vinyl PSA Graphics

Not totally off topic, but what is the sure fire way to apply large PSA vinyl grapghics? You know just like the ones on your CNC center cabinet. Those racing strioes that make it cut more metal faster and to micron accuracy !!
The same type that is used on trailers and race cars. Do you apply a water/soap mixture, slide, squeegee let dry/bond then peel off carrier? What kind of fluid/soap?

We used to just use water in a spray bottle with a rubber roller. Spray the water on the surface, line up your graphics, then run the water out with a roller. This way you won't get air trapped under the vinyl. This is how we applied graphics to fiberglass boat hulls.
