Hello everyone,
this is my first post as I've always been watching and learning from you all.and i hope you help me with my issue.
a client wants me to manufacture a pelletizer die head/plate for him, the problem is I always make them as one part from W320 alloy, but the client wants me to make it with inserts like the attached photos (I also attahced the 3d model that I made from the sample he gave me).
I don't know how the inserts are "welded" to the main body and how to remove them for replacement.
my first thought was spot welding but not sure if it will work and how to remove them for inserting new pieces.
any help will be appreciated and sorry for my bad english
