Need quantity (8) hawse fairleads fabricated to the attached drawing. Perhaps CNC machining in marine grade aluminum might be the most efficient method of producing these. However we are open to other suitable materials as well as methods. They are replacements for existing deteriorated aluminum fairleads installed in the toe rail of a sailboat (shown).

Expected delivery time should be in weeks, not months. Quotes should be sent by PM. However I welcome, encourage and appreciate open discussion, questions and answers right here in this thread. Looking forward to placing an order within this next week. Delivery to 90292.

The 2.06 dimension pushes the stock requirement from 2" square bar to likely 21/2 square bar or 21/2 plate.
6061 is readily available and anodizes well, 5000 series is difficult to find over 1" plate.
Black powder coat over anodize will not UV fade like straight anodize and offer better corrosion protection.

2--Thank you for your reply. It is unfortunate that the 2.06 dimension is required in order to fill the space of the existing teak toe rail.

I think 6061 would be OK. The problem with powder coat on aluminum, in a saltwater environment, is that it is short lived and virtually impossible to touchup or repair. There are many other black anodized parts on these boats and, yes, it does tend to fade to grey in the sun, where it is impractical to protect it with covers.
