Material: steel
QTY: 2 of each angle (total of 8)
The only critical aspects are that the point needs to be sharp and square. The angle can be +/- 1/2 of a degree. Photos are of my crude prototype which I did with a file.

PS, the non business end can be much longer. I can cut for OAL on that end myself.

Thank you for looking

I need to add...This blade does not actually do anything, it is not for cutting. It does not need to be hardened or heat treated. It just needs to be the right shape and be fairly sharp. I can deburr the point and sharpen it by rubbing the bottom over a flat stone it it's not quite sharp enough upon receipt.
Thanks

Good to state what it will cut. Made of mild steel it will not cut very long/much.
A 3/4" wide harbor's fright chisel may be the better choice, fab up a hardwood handle might work for cutting or a test model.. You might fudge it up to hold it in a dovetail holder so skipping the elongated screw holes

Roland,
I can make your blades do you know what steel you want. Do you plan to heat treat after machine work is done?
