We have a Robofil 640 with Alarm Code CNC E383 - 16 Axis: Pulse Miss (EXT). We cannot get any axis to reference. Machine is pretty much dead in the water. We have called Charmilles and they seem to think it could be a scale issue. Has anyone ever seen or dealt with this issue and how did you resolve it. The Machine was running perfectly fine before Alarm. Turned off for maintenance and when we turned it back on it gave us the alarm and would not reference. We were not doing any maintenance in the area of any scales just cleaning out tank and replacing fan in front Electrical Cabinet.
