Machine is Hitachi Seki VK45 2 with Seicos M3 Control, last seen making chips just before i bought it
a few of the limit switches were gummed up when i got it so i cleaned them all up and they now work perfect.
the last job i did on it was replace a burst hose on the tool changer and replace the bearings on the tool changer arm and now it will only let me home X Y and Z and jog them around
i cannot home the A axis
when i enter M79 with MDI to unclamp A axis it alarms with 721 (Auto operation cannot start)
and when i try M30, M19, M998, M921 etc to operate the ATC manually, i get alarm 722 (All origin return incomplete)
been working three full days on this now and cant find the problem
possibly there is air in the ATC hydraulics but how to operate the solenoids manually to bleed them?
Earlier today while manually rotating the magazine it wouldn't stop, it kept spinning after i released the button, after a couple minutes
i Estoped it , i repeated this 3 times and on 3rd time i pressed the ATC HOME button while it was spinning and it seemed to pause for 5 or 6 seconds while something else was happening with the hydraulics but nothing was moving and then it carried on spinning.
After a complete shutdown and restart the magazine is now working as it should but the all the other problems are still there
