Service manual for a TNC 111

I am looking for a service manual (not the users manual) for a Heidenhein TNC 111 active DRO
Eighter Englisch or German
The one for the TNC 113 you can still download from their website
But I cannot find one for the TNC 111
So I ask for the wisdom of this board

Hope you find what you're after Peter...
It seems that, though we have a very supportive team here, not a lot of literature is available.
Maybe we should have a repo somewhere to store everything?
From my side, I've decided to scan what I have in paper for Deckel and post it somewhere here.
