When I was repairing watches (1960-1973), the only good eyeglass loupe was made by Behr and they were mostly sold to professionals by jewelry supply houses. I still use mine, and have two NOS NIB Behr model 55 loupes I will sell for $75 each including US postage. They have two lenses that can be used either one at a time or both together for variable magnification. These loupes will fit my prescription safety glasses. They will not work with side shields or on safety glasses like the ones in the first post.
Behr is out of business and others are making various plastic Chinese copies for various low prices sold on eBay and Amazon.
