Soft Jaws

Hey so we just got a new Haas ST-35 4" Bore, standard 3 jaw 12" Samchully chuck. The smallest material we can run with the soft jaws that it came with is 1.5" round. I would like to run some smaller material in there, 1" or possibly .75". I've looked on the Samchully website to see if I get some custom jaws that allows smaller materials but no luck. Does anyone know where I can get custom soft jaws that will hold that small of material for a 12" chuck?

Get a er32 collet adapter put it in and then use the collet nut to change parts you can run any size that is available in a er32 collet

How much rigidity did that cost?

A little but not too bad I use a 3 inch collet and the center bore is 2 inches to feed long stock
