Spindle nose to rotary face plate adapter

We've got a manual A2-5 chuck that we'd like to mount to our 4th axis rotary.

Does anyone know where I can buy an adapter plate to make it all fit together?

I feel like its something that should exist but not having any luck so far (I've tried royal and bison). They only have female end adapters. We need a male A2-5 on one end and a flat back or something we can easily modify to bolt to our rotary face plate. I know I can spend a day making one myself but I'd rather focus on other work that's piling up on my desk.

I've got one that's either an A2-6 or a B2-6 (not super familiar with this style of mounting).
