Stress Relieving?

On a CNC ID bore grinding operation all my DEA reports came back in tolerance and near nominal. Upon running the next op, the DEA reports were at the top of tolerance all the to .0006 over. Flat plating some of them brought them back in. Very strange occurrence. Keep in mind the ID bore was also checked with a bore gage while in the fixture. All bore gage measurements were good. Any troubleshooting insight would be appreciated. Two seperate parts running centerline in the fixture.

Part is half moon shape. .159 thick, 2.0 long. Parts have been hardened. Next op was a 45 degree chamfer and od radius with contour. Total ID bore diameter is 1.982 on the bore gage and the DEA measures the radius.

Yeah, sounds like movement. You could try mechanical stress relieving, after heat treat let them ride in a tumbler or vibratory finisher for a while. I heard this trick from an old timer as a way to stress relieve parts with very tight heat treat requirements.
