Tool holder drops when returning from spindle.

look at your pull studs if you have 1 that is acting different
if possible, compare the part numbers of the studs to make sure they are the same
Thank, but I have exchanged pullstud but no luck.

The travel of the swing arm is determined by the spindle. I think maybe your toolchange height could be too low.

The spindle does not determine the height of the arm.

If Z home position is too low or the arm is too high the arm will crash into the side of the spindle nose.

First, make sure the toolchanger as a whole is not loose/twisted where it mounts to the machine column.

I would start by aligning the arm height with the tool pot height. Make 100% sure that the arm is straight. If your machine is level, you can use a level on the arm.

Set your Z height to match that.

This is assuming you have checked the mechanism for lost motion? If there is wear or damage you won't have full travel and need to fix that first.

the swing arm look like it was dent ,but i cant remove it.I have loosen the bolts and swing arm can move freely around the shaft but i cant remove it from the shaft.

To remove the arm you first have to remove the grabbers then you pull the rods out of the arm and it will fall right off.

Not to over-emphasize the obvious, but you really cannot do anything else until you straighten the arm/shaft.

I will try it tomorrow
Here is closer picture of the swing arm

It's usually hard to tell by looking how bent the arm is. I suggest using a precision level on the arm or, if machine travels allow, park the table under the arm and measure up from the table to each end of the arm.

Its about 1mm difference. Is that normal

1mm in not "normal", but not so far off that it should be the cause of dropping tools. Does it drop from the same end of the arm always? It so, then the shaft may be bent. If it drops from either end of the arm, then I still think your arm height to the transfer pot needs to be set properly then match the spindle height to the arm by adjustment of the G30 Z position parameter.

Hello,i am trying to realign swing arm now.
Am i missed something..
1.loosen the bolts under swingarm untill the arm can move freely around the shaft.
2.put 1 tool holder in waiting location
3.rotate the motor to move the swingarm to waiting pot.and make adjustments.
5.put 1 tool holder into spindle
4.bypass the sensor, then moving z axis to adjust the height of z axis to match with swingarm .
5.remove tool holder in spindle and move xy axis to adjust drive-key

Lubricating or ..something?

Thank you

What is this error related to ?
After a few testing,it happened. Its about a sensor but i cant not find it
Edited: i have traced all sensor and all work well. (Via diagnostic)

update:

there are 2 sensor for identifying stage of waiting pot

i cut off air supply..then pushing this air cylinder toward the arm side.then EX183 disappear.

But when i turn on air supply, pin lock from on to off. That long air cylinder pulls the pot toward the magazine side imediately.
