I've come into a Trenton anvil and would appreciate any information anyone might be able to share with me. I've cleaned it up and mounted it on a block in the shop. I'm not sure I'll be using it that much but I just couldn't leave it in the neighbor's barn where it was sure to degrade even more that it has to date. She said that I could have it if I could get it out. I did.
The stamp on the foot under the horn is 195 A 100451. I gather that the 195 is the weight as it weighed 193 pounds on my scale. What information can be gathered from the "A100451" ?
