I know a guy who applied, and he has a degree. So I guess it doesn't really help then either way

Really? Hmmm... that's what I was told, But I'm just a stupid kid and was not on the hiring committee. Sorry
I did hear one of the guys was from Temecula, and was one of the best. I will let you guys know....
