VF5 (2008) Pull Rod Disc Clamp

Hi All, I am hoping I might get a easy answer on this. I have a 2008 VF5

In the pull rod area there is a spring loaded "disc" which activates the 2 light sensors which signal the machine if the tool is open/close via the pull rod.

This spring loaded section seems to have blown apart but I was able to find the spring and disc. I was wondering, what keeps the disc down? I thought it may be a nut on the little grub screw in the middle but that seems to be a pressure screw.

Anyone know?
