Vogel tube notcher rebuild or sell

I have a Vogel 1112 1-1/4"-sch40 tube notcher, it has been sitting for a while now. Typical surface rust and shop dust. The dies are in great shape from what I can tell. I don't use tube notchers like this, I was thinking of selling it. Is it worth rebuilding (grinding, lapping, cleaning, etc) and selling or just list it like it is and taking chances? I really don't know that much about these types of notchers, I have always used endmills and fed the tube in to get my angle. Any opinions or suggestions?

Unless it looks like it came of the bottom of the ocean dont waste time cleaning. Wipe off the dust and give sliding surfaces a little oil and it should notch pipe just fine.

Keep or sell, well you can do either one, as far as I know Vogel is still in business for parts, support, etc.
