Water Cooled Torch Adapter

Just bought a Vulcan 205 welder which comes with an air cooled torch. I want to use my water cooled Weldcraft torch. Apparently there are no Dinse adapters for attaching a water cooled torch to an air cooled Dinse so I am making my own. Is there any interest in this or should I just make one for myself? This is the connector end with ports for the power, water and gas. Cross drillings feed the gas from the Dinse plug and water to the power cable. The Dinse pin is a 35-70.

All the major companies like CK make adapters like this. Miller has one too. I cant imagine buying a Harbor Freight welder at all, much less spending a lot of hours making a custom part for it- I have been an All Miller shop since about 1978.

I ordered the CK adapter.
Making parts for old British motorcycles does not pay enough for Miller.


The guy that built the worlds fastest piston powered car (715 SpeedDemon) has one. Uses it at Bonneville. Of course he has a Miller at the shop.
