What is it?

I am trying to identify a cast iron press(?) of some type marked Mooney & Bueter, Chicago, Plates, Dies, Stamps, Presses. It is not quite complete and partially disassembled (50" arm is off, counterweight arm is off). I can email photos to any interested parties, or will post them if I find out how to do that!

There are parts that appear to have come from a different mechanism marked Gus V. Brecht, B S Co., St. Louis, MO, consisting of a screw with wheel attached, and large shallow cast iron pan with pouring spout.

Any ideas greatly appreciated!
