Might try searching for 23/32", that's only ten smaller and going to be more common in used-domestic than a weird metric size.

It's for use as a drill for M20-1.5 tap. So 47/64" would be better, 6 thou over (18.5)

To be used as a tapping drill, so 10 thou under not so good.
Do you have a usable 47/64" (6 thou over) perhaps, please ?
