WTB: Chandler Boring head NMTB 40 shank (for D model)

I have a nice Chandler boring head with R8, would like to get a NMTB 40 shank for it. The threaded end is .75"x16TPI
The boss part is 1.25"x.5"

Dangit. I have a Chandler Duplex head with an NMTB40 shank and I'd like to get an R8. Was thinking about a trade, but the thread on mine is 5/8-18 and the boss is 1" diameter x 3/4" long.
