WTB: Michael Morgan Basic Scraping book/video

I know this is a long shot, but I’d like to find copies of Michael Morgan’s book and/or video. Seems the last thread hunting for them here is near exactly a year old, and didn’t appear to bear any fruit. Still, I thought I’d try!

I wrote to one address I had for Michael Morgan and after six months or more I had it returned as undeliverable at that address. I think there's one other address I could try. Since the book's initial pages say it was prepared in a computer format there was a fighting chance it could be updated and set up with one of the print on demand outfits if the the copyright holder wanted. I'll try again.

I thought that had both disk and booklet, but couldn't find just now. PM and I'll again later.
