Hi I've been searching for answers to a broblem I'm having and from reading a thread of yours where you were having a similar issue indicated to me that you may be able to help me with the problem I'm facing. Mainly it's the material that's giving me problems I'm sure. The material is Carpenter Techs Biodur108 here's link to the data sheet on it.

The job is drilling and tapping a M1.2 X .250 102tpi and on a 00 square base. It's hardness or work hardening rate seems to be whats killing my tools and taps are $50 each. Do you have any experience with this material or advice you can share with me?
