Looks like the typical back-street oilfield shop offerings from Houston IMO. Half of those just might sell for what they're asking though, because it's not machinists that are buying them but the people in the office. Then it's the shop mechanics job to work magic and make them "work" again.

That 13" L&S looks good and that is NOT a 13" lathe. That swing is at least 18" and it has a two speed TS. It is not a tool room version though, but the price is good. If it works, it's worth a lot more.

The one with the CVA badge? That one is an English "built" machine I believe
Definitely worth more than 3k if it's not plain wore out or something important is broken.

I went and looked at the Cincinnati 15 since it was close to me. Lots of carriage wear so walked away.

@steve-l I am not sure on the size of that L&S but in the last picture it clearly says "13" PowerTurn" on the tray and @challenger it is showing available again as of now.

I cannot read that number, but it could say 13, but that is not the swing over the bed. It is the swing over the carriage. The tag that states the swing over the bed is a small tag just under the spindle speed select knob. (That knob selects the lamps that indicate the correct handle position for that speed) It cannot be read in those photos. I know this because I own the tool room model of that same lathe and mine swings 18" over the bed. That lathe weighs around 11,000 lbs and it has at least a 15 hp motor, perhaps even a 20 hp.

That Lehmann Hydrotrol lathe is listed as a 25" lathe. That is not a 25", it's a 20" that swings around 23". That's a L-1 spindle nose not a L-2 as a 25" lathe would have. Old 1940's vintage, I assume it is, from what I used to know about these lathes. It appears to be in halfway decent shape. Big question would be, what kind of shape are the hydraulic clutches in the headstock? Are they so worn that it slips when engaged? or under load? Big negative for me is no taper attachment. Nice bed length.
