Read your post about machine legs and have a #4 Stark Lathe myself. If you decide to part with the legs I may be interested in the accessories and what’s left. I am moving to Ohio this summer so it would be a while before I could purchase and pick up.
I personally don’t have a problem turning equipment into furniture if the new owner knows the history behind what it used to be. Kind of like the Dr Suess Giving Tree I guess. I have a small book shelf that used to be a miter box.
