ANILAM 6000M. CCU DL TIMEOUT. ERROR LOADING CCU FIRMWARE. PLEASE HELP

Hi There,

It's Ruthain here, I am struggling with my Anilam 6000M. It pops up an error message at the bootup saying:
"CCU DL TIMEOUT!
ERROR LOADING CCU FIRMWARE!!! C:\P6M>P6MFIRM.SYS.

I have got the P6MFIRM.SYS file on the HDD of my CNC under the P6M DIR but I don't understand what causes it to not be able to load it r what fails to load it from that directory

The firmware details are:
"Anilam 6000M CNC Software
Version 3.05A
CCU firmware version 246280.10"

I have attached some pictures of the error message below
Is there perhaps anyone that ever come across this issue?

Any help?, please.

Do a backup, reinstall software, reinstall backup. Try that

If it doesn’t work press F8 at booting. When you see file 32 press Y to all entries until you see P6M press N
Prompt C:\P6M>

Insert backup disk
Prompt

Copy a:\p6mcfg.cfg c:\p6m and press enter

Overwrite press Y
