Bridgeport romi ezpath 2 encoder values?

Hey guys i was going through my checks and i noticed the y axis is off .001, if i move .001 with the handwheel , the carriage moves .00196, its repeatable , just off. Has anyone ever experienced this ?

Its actually doubling , .001 would be .002 than .004 etc
