If you click the "Quick Change Collet Overview" "+" sign you will see this:
Quick-Change Collets are the preferred choice for increased productivity. Using collets eliminates the need for having multiple jaw sets for all your turning needs. You also do not need to have qualified operators changing jaws on the machine for each setup. These collets are compatible with ALL competitors’ collet chucks of similar size and type.
So I would guess yes.
No personal experience though.
