max rev over on okuma live tooling

Hi, i just got a used OKUMA LR15-M/3T with osp5000L-G control from an auction and try to get it going. I have similar okumas at my shop, so I am familiar with them. I use the same program that I used on the other machine, but this machine throws an Alarm 339 "max rev order m axis" as soon as it hits the line to turn the milling spindle on. I tried to run the same command "M13 SB=1000" in MDI without problems. Please can someone help
