I have a 1938-39 415RC 9", The same as the later model C lathe, 18DP change gears, I only have a few of the change gears that go with the lathe, I would love a full set but at least i would like enough gears to get a reasonable range of power feeds, Its currently feeding .007 per rev with the gears on it and i have used it that way for 10 years...LOL.

Does anyone have a 18/54 compound gear available?

Also any of the following 24,32,40 or 48 teeth stud gears.

Current gears that are on the lathe,
72/18 compound
80 tooth idler
80tooth screw gear
16 tooth stud gear.

I have a dividing head that i can make a few of the missing gears or try 3d printed ones, but i would like the 18/54 compound.

I got a 18/54 compound on ebay, It is in great shape,

When i went to install it i noticed quite a bit of wear on the 2 idler bushings that were on the lathe, one had .014 wear, I will machine a couple up to tighten the gear train up.

So i have all the compounds and idlers, Just need the rest minus the 16 and 80teeth gears.

Still looking for 24,32,40 or 48 teeth stud gears if anyone has any laying around.

Might buy a 3d printer or see if i can find a 3d printed set to give them a try.
