I have a mill with an Acu-rite D200 DRO that doesn't accept key inputs. I've done the cleaning of the ribbon thing and still no change. So I'm looking to replace the unit, but my question is: will a new import display work with the old Acu-rite scales? The old scales are 10um P/N 3852520235. If... -

Lagun FU 125 Tramming.
I recently bought a Lagun FU 125 Universal Horizontal Mill from a school auction. The issue I'm having is tramming the universal head.The X axis is no problem, just swivel the head right/left. It's the nod Y axis that's the issue. If I try to adjust it using the second angle swivel on the head... -

Your correct in the lathe has no thread dial, and yes my problem is very fundamental as I don't know much at all about using the machine and all of the controls. For example, the brass tag on the lathe says for 10 threads: Stud 48 out and knob 1. What is stud 48 out mean? And what is knob 1? And...- tommyc87
