2021 Mazak QTU 350 MY downlaoding programs to a laptop.

Hello, I have a 2021 Mazak QTU 350 MY. I want to save my programs to my laptop. I have a griffo brothers dongle and I save all of my programs from my other machines. When I try to plug in a USB cable and save them to the laptop it does not recognize any port communication. I can save the programs to a zip drive but it does not save the program name. Is there a way to save the name of the program to the zip drive or else how do I set up the communication for the new machine to use the USB cable to the laptop? Any help would be great. Thank you.
