Cut and roll AR plate? Anybody interested?

Hello ladies and gentlemen

For your consideration, I have a customer needing a " screen set" for a hammer mill consisting of
2 PCs @ 28"x 40-7/8"
2 pcs @ 13-3/4" x 40-7/8"

1" holes staggered with a web thickness of 1/4" or 5/16" thick

Plate thickness of 3/8"

Rolled or step bent to a 20-5/8 radius ( 41-1/4" diameter)

AR or Hardox material only.

1 or 2 sets on first quote.

Could these holes be plasma cut without affecting material properties ?

It wouldn't be a problem with this particular part, just screens in a hammer mill for breaking down wood chips. Most of the past screens were also plasma cut.
