Fauc subprograms ..I'm Stuck

Fanuc 6mb

Attached two pictures of code.
It works....but after it does the first M98 it goes back to main program and sits at the Go G55 line unless i hit the start button.
Then it does the routine just fine but sits at M30 again until I hit go.

Wanting to do the same operation at G54/55/56/57

I probably dont need the G90 on the G55 line but doesnt change anything
What am i missing?
