Good day, gentlemen. We are currently facing an issue with our machine. After a power issue, our machine failed to boot up. Tech support assisted us in resetting the NC and PLC. However, we discovered that we don't have the correct archives. Hyundai sent us archives that do not match our machine.
I am attempting to make it work with these archives, but I need some additional information. If you have the same machine, please let me know. I am willing to purchase the archives from your machine. Thanks.
