Bob,
I think you are on the right track posting that here but a little better discription might be in order, diameter and pitch of the thread is one example. The size you state tells me that it is for a smaller capacity machine.
I have a Riken milling machine and from what came with my machine those collets could have ben made for anything. The machine had a bunch of Schaublin collets and a large part of them were made by Riken. The entire set (about 30 of them total) of metric L20 collets, same type that fit the Deckel FP1 are also made by Riken. There are a lot of different types of collets that were put to use so I wish you the best of luck.
