Mitutoyo gage amplifier probe plug type for MU Checker?

HI, I need to adapt an older MU checker gage amplifier to a Mitutoyo 519-522 probe. I'm planning on replacing the MU gage amplifier recepticles with one to accept current probes. Does anyone know the ID of the 519-522 probe plug?

I have 519-521 and 519-322, they all use DIN-5 connector, the onlu difference is the screw is not metal but plastic
